We held our AGM on the 30th and although we were able to appoint our new Chair–Guy Hodder and elect three new members to the Committee–Sophie and Joe Pepler and Sarah Young, we were unable to sign off the accounts and the minutes from the last meeting. As a result we will have to hold an Extraordinary Meeting to finalise these details.

At the meeting we were unable to appoint a new Treasurer but speaking with the District Commissioner recently I am due to meet with someone who is willing to take on the role. Watch this space!

Welcome to the new website for the 1st West Hoathly.

Over the next few weeks we will have information about all the sections and a gallery for some of the activites we have done. There will be regular posts and updates about the Group plus information/letters you have missed.
